At Mrs. Alice, we want you to be delighted with your tablescape and home decor; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order to enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile ceramics and glassware arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
